Students in the Department of Architecture and Interior
Design have many opportunities to enhance their education
outside the classroom. These include such options as internships,
service learning experiences, international study programs,
university and departmental honors programs, independent study
and research, community design assistance, and traveling studios
as well as field trips.
High school students interested in learning more about the
majors in Architecture and Interior Design can also explore
these opportunities via Miami's Junior Scholars program.
